Why insight alone has not been enough

You already know the pattern. It still runs.

You can name the wound, explain the dynamic, and still watch the same story repeat: in love, in boundaries, in money, in what you allow, and in what you let yourself receive. Understanding a pattern is not the same as releasing it.

Love you can't forget

The relationship ended. The entanglement did not. A part of your attention still lives in a story that closed years ago.

Grief you can't release

You have moved forward. Something stayed behind, and it shows up in your body, your mood, and the way you protect yourself.

A loop you can't stop

The same thoughts, feelings, behaviors, the same yes, the same ending. It is a blueprint from years ago that still serves you.

The holding pattern

Every entanglement you have not released keeps you circling: the same thoughts, the same sensations, the same story, on repeat, burning fuel and going nowhere. It is not a character flaw, and it is not a lack of willingness. It is an unfinished connection, still transmitting.

A physical separation is not enough. Closure is a different kind of work, and it has a method.

The process, in three minutes

Watch how untangling works

Joyce explains what an entanglement actually is, why a physical separation is not enough, and what the untangling process does, in her own words.

What we can explore and untangle

Anything you are still holding

Entanglement is not only about people. It attaches to places, objects, businesses, animals, whole chapters, and ideas. You can be entangled with more than one at a time, which is usually the case.

  • Person
  • Place
  • Thing
  • Trauma
  • Pet
  • Other

Childhood experiences

Feeling unseen, unheard, criticized, controlled, neglected, or responsible for more than a child should have to carry.

Mother, father and caregiver relationships

Approval you're still seeking. Expectations you're still meeting. Roles you learned to play to feel loved or included.

Family and generational patterns

Inherited beliefs about money, love, sacrifice, success, struggle, loyalty, and what a woman is allowed to want.

Past relationships and divorce

Emotional attachments, betrayal, resentment, unfinished conversations, and the version of yourself you became inside that relationship.

Rejection, abandonment and bullying

Experiences that left you questioning whether it's safe to belong, speak up, trust, or be seen.

Loss, grief and life transitions

The meaning you've attached to what changed, what ended, and who you believe you must be afterward.

Cultural, religious and social expectations

Rules about being a good daughter, partner, mother, woman, or leader that may no longer reflect your values.

Shame, guilt and self-blame

The mistakes you keep punishing yourself for and the responsibility you keep taking for other people's choices.

Overgiving, people pleasing and rescuing

Being needed, keeping everyone happy, carrying everything, and putting yourself last.

Control, perfectionism and overwork

The pressure to get everything right, prove your value, or earn permission to rest.

Money, visibility and success

Undercharging, avoiding opportunities, hiding your work, fearing judgment, or pulling back when things begin to grow.

Old identities and limiting agreements

“I'm the strong one.” “I have to do it alone.” “Nothing lasts.” “People like me don't get to have that.”

What happened matters. So does what you choose next.

The pattern rarely stays in one place

Overgiving in relationships can show up as overdelivering to clients.

Fear of judgment can show up as avoiding the camera.

Being the one who carries everything can show up as difficulty delegating.

Together we explore those connections and identify what needs your attention first.

Not only in love

The same entanglement runs your business.

Entanglement does not stay in your relationships. It follows you into your pricing, your visibility, your offers and your bank account, because the cord was never really about the other person. It is about what you agreed to believe about what you are allowed to have.

Which is why the woman who cannot leave a life she has outgrown is so often the woman who cannot raise her prices, cannot put her face on camera, and cannot let the launch land. Different room. Same cord.

One cord, two rooms

The personal entanglement

  • Your pricing
  • Your visibility
  • Your offers
  • Your revenue

Nothing in that list is a strategy problem. Each one is the same cord, arriving in a different room.

What it looks like at work

The symptom looks like a business problem. The cause is an entanglement.

  • Undercharging. Discounting. “I'll do it for less.”

Your worth is still tied to being liked, needed, or easy to say yes to.

  • Avoiding the camera. Hiding the offer. Staying small.

Being seen cost you something once, and your system was never told it is safe now.

  • Sabotage right as it starts to grow.

A ceiling you inherited rather than chose, a family line that taught you how much is allowed.

  • Discomfort receiving money, gifts, praise.

Receiving came with strings attached, or a price, or a punishment.

  • Overdelivering. Rescuing clients. Saying yes again.

Overgiving as the price of belonging, the same pattern you run in your relationships.

  • Perfecting forever. Launching never.

Control as protection. If it is never finished, it can never be judged.

  • Exhausted, and unable to rest.

Rest had to be earned, and somehow you never finish earning it.

It was never a discipline problem

You have already tried the tactics. You have the offer, the pricing page, the plan, the coach, the course. And you still pull back. That is not a strategy gap. It is a live cord still transmitting an old instruction about what you are allowed to have. Strategy only holds once the cord is released.

Then we build in the space that opens

For business clients, the protocol extends past the release: we work on the strategy, the messaging, the offers and the systems that support growth, so what you untangle has somewhere to go.

The methodology

SDT® Untangling a rapid release method

SDT stands for Spiritual Divorce Technique, the method Joyce Haddad developed and has refined across more than a thousand clients. It is a rapid release method, working at the quantum level on the live connection between you and what you have not released.

Energy entanglements

Every significant bond leaves a cord. Where the story is unfinished, that cord keeps transmitting: old data, old fear, old rules about what you are worth. Joyce calls it the distorted data transmission running between two bonded links.

Soul web entanglements

Think of it as strings attached. Energetically, that is not a figure of speech. This is the bond underneath the bond, the one nobody agreed to. Energy entanglements are untangled. Soul webs are pulled, unplugged and lifted out the way a weed comes out of the ground rather than cut at the surface. Which is exactly why it does not grow back.

Energy templates

The blueprint you recorded, and the one your nervous system learned to run on. Through the method we reprogram the brain and the behaviors that follow it. The release clears the entanglement. The repair corrects what it left behind. The same story then has nowhere to return to.

What makes it rapid

Rapid release is not a shortcut around the work. It is a shortcut around the years. Instead of holding emotions, sensations and mental entanglements until they harden into your personality, your body and your story, you untangle, pull and release them directly. Clients describe it as feeling like twenty years of therapy in one session.

Release is how you speed up your destiny

Every entanglement you are still holding is a holding pattern: circling, burning fuel, waiting for clearance you keep not giving yourself. Untangle it and you stop circling. This is why the work feels like acceleration: you are no longer spending your energy holding an old story in place. You are the creator of your destiny, and this is how you take the controls back.

How we work together

See it. Untangle it. Practice something new.

Every engagement moves through the same four stages. The depth changes; the shape of the work does not.

01

See it

Your Entanglement Letter and the mapping process help us explore recurring experiences, beliefs, emotions and behaviours.

02

Untangle it

Through the Untangling SDT Method, rooted in Spiritual Divorce® and Rapid Release work, we work with the attachments and agreements you're ready to release.

03

Practice something new

We develop new agreements, boundaries, responses and actions that support who you're becoming.

04

Build from there

Bring that work into your relationships, daily life, leadership, and the life and business you're creating.

The Mapping Method

See the tangle. Then watch it release.

Most people arrive with a symptom and no map. The Mapping Method turns a lifetime of memory, emotion and connection into something you can actually look at: a living blueprint of what is still attached to you, and how your energy is wired around it.

YouMoneyA former partnerFamily dynamicsGriefA secretYour businessA parentA place you left

One map, one life. Every cord above is drawn from a real entanglement, and every cord can be released.

How the map is drawn

The map comes from your Entanglement Letter assessment. Your history and patterns give the cue, and what surfaces in your sessions we keep adding to your treatments every week. Nothing on it is invented. It is your own data, put in a graphical order, which is why writing it and seeing it is often the first release. Not every session needs a full map. I map when the tangle needs to be seen before it can move.

Why “quantum”?

Because the connection is not treated as symbolic. It behaves like a live link that keeps exchanging information after the two things are separated, which is what you have been feeling. The thought that arrives uninvited. The mood that is not yours. The pull toward something, toward a trauma, an incident, and even toward someone you have not spoken to in years. Untangling is how the transmission stops, because we correct how the information is being expressed in your life. It is rapid, and the results are irrefutable.

  • What is entangled, and with whom: a person, a place, a home, a business, a pet, a story, a trauma, a loss.
  • Which timelines the pattern runs on: childhood, a former marriage, a family line, a business chapter.
  • Where it is showing up right now: love, money, boundaries, health, leadership, receiving.
  • What has to be released first, so the rest can move.

Your protocol

What happens in your first session

Nothing about this work is improvised. Every engagement runs the same five-step protocol, and the two things you will hold in your hands, your letter and your map, are built before you ever sit down.

  1. 01

    The Entanglement Letter

You write a free, unfiltered letter by hand: memories, relationships, grief, secrets, and the patterns still active for you. No order, no editing, no performance.

  2. 02

    Therapeutic Analysis

Joyce reads the letter the way she reads energy: recurring patterns, timelines, inherited stories, and the entanglements sitting underneath the symptoms you described.

  3. 03

    The Mapping Method

Your entanglements are mapped: what connects to what, which timelines the pattern runs on, and how your energy is wired around it. You see the tangle instead of living inside it.

  4. 04

    Your Therapy Plan

A plan built for you alone: what releases first, what releases next, and what we are building in the space that opens. You will know the order before we begin.

  5. 05

    Your First Session

The work starts. Untangle, pull, release, then rewire. In person in Miami or online, in a space you can relax in completely.

Two things you will hold

The letter and the map. Both of them yours.

The protocol is not a conversation you have to remember. It leaves you with two things you can keep, read again, and work from long after the session ends.

The Entanglement Letter

Written by hand, in your own words, in whatever order it comes. It is not a form and nobody grades it. It is the raw material the entire protocol is built from, and most people say that writing it is already the first release.

Artefact two

Your Entanglement Map

Your letter becomes a map: every entanglement drawn out, ordered, and connected: what it is, how long it has been running, and what it is costing you now. It is yours to keep. Seeing the whole tangle on one page is often the moment something finally moves.

Drawn from your letter · yours to keep.

Send your letter two to three days before your session so the analysis and the map are ready for you.

The rapid release

Three words that change everything

This is the cord-cutting core of the method: the part clients describe as feeling like twenty years of therapy in a single session.

Move one

Untangle

I untangle every energy entanglement ever shared with a person, place, thing, home, business, family, pet, story, trauma, or death.

Untangling puts order back into the chaos: the incoherent data running between two bonded links. You integrate the lesson the entanglement came to leave with you, and you upgrade yourself into a different destiny.

Move two

Pull

I pull every soul web entanglement from the root, unplugged the way a weed is pulled from the ground rather than cut at the surface. This is the ultimate cord-cutting modality.

The entangled connection releases from mind, body, energy and soul as you forgive and become free.

Move three

Release

I release every harmful memory, and neutralise the foreign energy that was never yours to carry. What does not belong to you stops travelling with you.

Space opens for a new creation: reprogrammed, rewritten, and set free.

Then we rewire: new agreements, new beliefs, new boundaries, and a new identity for the woman you are becoming.

The other half of the work

Intentional entanglement. Choosing what you connect with.

Untangling releases what you did not choose. Then we make room for what you do. I call this intentional entanglement: choosing the relationships, commitments, environments and possibilities you want to participate in your life. Your future self becomes a direction you practice through your choices today.

After we untangle, we entangle again, and this time we choose. We entangle with our highest version. The future we connect with starts shaping our life long before it becomes our present reality. The moment we begin thinking, feeling and living as the person we choose to become, we begin changing the trajectory of our lives.

  1. Your future self

Her values, boundaries, voice, and daily decisions.

  2. Higher opportunities

Rooms, conversations, collaborations, and possibilities that support your growth.

  3. Healthy relationships

Mutual care, honesty, trust, intimacy, and respect.

  4. Supportive community

People who welcome your ambition and your humanity.

  5. Receiving

Accepting help, appreciation, love, payment, and recognition.

  6. Wealth and stewardship

Earning, managing, keeping, and using money with intention.

  7. Visibility and leadership

Sharing your work, expressing your perspective, and allowing yourself to be seen.

  8. Purpose and creativity

The book, business, work, or idea you're ready to bring into the world.

  9. Joy, pleasure and rest

Making space to enjoy the life you're building.

  10. Self-trust and spiritual connection

Listening inward and following through with grounded action.

The assessment

A few questions. A clearer place to begin.

The FREE Entanglement Assessment is how most people start. In a few minutes it names the areas where you may be entangled and gives you language for what you have been feeling.

Who or what am I entangled with?

What keeps repeating in my relationships?

Where am I still carrying someone else's story?

What am I unable to release?

Where do I shrink, over-give, or disappear?

What am I not allowing myself to receive?

What is the life I am actually here to create?

You do not have to diagnose yourself first. The assessment is the diagnosis-free way in.

Good questions

Straight answers

SDT stands for Spiritual Divorce Technique, Joyce's own method, also described as a quantum untangling method. Spiritual Divorce® is not a legal process. It is the name for the untangling work, and it can be applied to anything you are ready to release, not only a relationship.

It describes how the connection behaves, not a piece of equipment. An entanglement acts like a live link that keeps exchanging information after the two things are separated. Joyce works with that link directly. You do not need to accept any particular theory of physics to notice that the pull is real.

Therapy often builds understanding, and understanding matters. This work goes after what keeps an old pattern active, the entanglement itself, using a step-by-step protocol rather than conversation alone. Many clients come to this work precisely because talk therapy felt incomplete.

Yes, and it is one of the most common reasons people come. The same entanglement that keeps an old relationship running also shows up as undercharging, avoiding visibility, sabotaging growth the moment it starts, or being unable to receive payment. The cord does not care which room you are standing in. For business clients the protocol then extends into strategy, messaging, offers and systems, so the release has somewhere to go.

No. You do not need a particular belief system or any experience with energy work. We start with what is actually happening in your life, in language you understand, and you keep whatever framework is yours.

Rapid release describes the pace a pattern can move at once it is named, mapped, and worked with directly. Most people notice a shift in the first session. The scope and pace of the work are shaped around you, and no particular outcome is guaranteed.

The Entanglement Letter is the first step of the protocol, so yes, once you book, you will receive instructions and write it by hand. Send it to Joyce two to three days before your session so she can complete the analysis and the map in advance.

That is the normal starting point. Take the free Entanglement Assessment, or book a discovery call and talk it through. You do not need to arrive with a diagnosis, a label, or the right words.

Yes. Joyce is bilingual and holds sessions in English and Spanish.

Both. Sessions are held in person in Miami, Florida, and online by video. By appointment only, Monday to Friday. Full preparation details are sent when you book.

Before you begin

What this is, and what it is not

What it is

  • A complementary healing practice with a defined protocol, not an improvised conversation.
  • Twenty-five years of clinical observation, refined across more than a thousand clients.
  • A quantum untangling method: work at the level of energy, where entanglement lives.
  • Honest about its own edges: what comes from practice is described as practice, and no outcome is promised.

What it is not

  • Not a medical, psychological, or legal service.
  • Not a substitute for therapy, medication, or clinical care, and never a reason to change a prescription.
  • Not a guaranteed outcome. The pace, the depth, and the result are individual.
  • Not a replacement for a safety plan where one is needed.

If you are in crisis, or living with active danger, psychosis, severe dissociation, or untreated substance dependence, the first task is safety and appropriate clinical care, this work is not the right starting point. In the United States you can call or text 988. In an emergency, call 911.

You don't need to name it first. You just need to begin.

Start with the free assessment, or book a discovery call and tell Joyce what has been happening. Together you will find the right depth of support, with no commitment required to have the conversation.
